The complete Marrakech experience in 4 days: the lush Ourika Valley, the secrets of the imperial medina and a magical night in the Agafay Desert with Berber dinner, live music and a camel ride at sunset beneath the snowy Atlas.
Four days to experience the very best of Marrakech and its surroundings: nature, culture, gastronomy and an unforgettable night under the stars of the Agafay Desert.
Arrival in Marrakech. Welcome from our team at the airport or your hotel. Transfer to your riad or hotel in the medina. Free afternoon for a first stroll around the famous Jemaa el-Fna Square: snake charmers, Gnawa musicians, orange juice stalls and the eternal buzz of the medina. Dinner at your own expense on the square (we recommend the outdoor barbecue stalls). Night in Marrakech with breakfast included.
After breakfast, we head to the Ourika Valley, a lush green paradise at the foot of the Atlas just 60 km from Marrakech. We follow the river through palm trees and gardens to the Setti Fatma Waterfalls (approx. 30 min easy walk). Along the way we visit Berber villages perched on the mountainside and the Saturday market at Tnine Ourika where farmers sell their fresh produce. Lunch at a local restaurant by the river. Return to Marrakech in the afternoon. Night in Marrakech with breakfast included.
In the morning, a full guided tour of the Marrakech medina: Majorelle Gardens (Yves Saint Laurent's former garden, vibrant blue and centuries-old palms), Bahia Palace (19th-century Andalusian architecture), Saadian Tombs (16th-century mausoleum decorated with zellige tiles), Craft Souks (leather, spices, copper lanterns). Lunch at a traditional Moroccan restaurant.
At midday, we head to the Agafay Desert, just 40 km from Marrakech. We arrive at the luxury camp in time for a camel ride at sunset with the snowy Atlas turning orange in the background. As night falls, a traditional Moroccan dinner with live Berber music and dance show around the bonfire. Night in a luxury Berber tent under the stars.
Wake up to the sunrise over the Agafay Desert, with the Atlas painted pink in the background. Berber breakfast at the camp. Return to Marrakech. Free time for last-minute shopping in the souks or a coffee on Jemaa el-Fna. Private transfer to Marrakech-Menara Airport at your flight time. End of service with memories to last a lifetime.

The Agafay Desert is a rocky, stony desert (not sand) just 40 km from Marrakech, at the foot of the Atlas Mountains. Its arid plains, absolute silence and panoramic views of the snowy Atlas make it a truly unique destination. Luxury camps (glamping) offer a desert experience without having to travel all the way to Merzouga.
Absolutely. The Ourika hike is gentle and suitable for all ages. At Agafay, children particularly enjoy the camel ride, the campfire and the camp atmosphere. The tour pace is flexible and can be adapted to families with young children.
The tour runs year-round. The best time is spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November) with perfect temperatures. In summer (June–August) Agafay can exceed 40°C during the day, but the nights are warm and starry. In winter, camp nights are cool but the snowy Atlas is spectacular.
Yes. Day 4 includes a private transfer to Marrakech-Menara Airport at your flight time, whether it is 6 in the morning or 11 at night. Just let us know your flight time when booking.
Yes. All our tours are private and fully customisable. We can adjust the pace, add or remove activities, change the accommodation or combine this tour with other circuits (Merzouga desert, Fez, etc.). Contact us on WhatsApp, no commitment required.
