Pickup is between 5:00 and 5:30 AM depending on the time of year. The flight is done at sunrise to make the most of the best light and gentlest winds. The full programme ends around 9:30-10:00 AM, back at your hotel.
No prior experience is needed. The pilot explains everything before take-off. Balloons undergo strict technical checks and only fly when weather conditions are perfect. We have carried over 5,000 passengers without a single incident.
If conditions are not optimal for flying, the flight is postponed or cancelled. In that case we offer another date at no extra cost, or a full refund. Safety always comes first — we never fly in questionable conditions.
Children can fly from age 5. The balloon flight is very calm and smooth — there is no sudden swaying. Many people with vertigo tell us the balloon is fine because the movement is so gentle it is barely felt. Always check with us if you have any medical concerns.
Yes, absolutely. We recommend bringing your camera or phone to capture the views. The basket has comfortable space. The pilot also takes group photos during the flight. A GoPro with a selfie stick allows you to capture the whole balloon.

Seeing the snow-capped Atlas at the same height as the balloon, with the sun rising behind it... there are no words. We cried with emotion. The best experience of our lives. The Berber breakfast afterwards was perfect.
I went with my children aged 8 and 11. They were nervous before but once we took off it was pure wonder. The pilot was incredible, explaining everything. The breakfast with oven bread and argan oil was delicious. We'll do it again.
I have vertigo and hesitated a lot. In the end I went for it and it was the best decision of my trip. The balloon is completely different — no wind, no swaying. It's floating. The silence is absolute. Unique.
