Frequently asked questions

How many hours of driving are there each day?

Day 1 is the longest: approximately 8–9 hours of total driving with stops. Day 2 includes around 4–5 hours of driving. Day 3 is around 6–7 hours on the return. The scenery along the way makes the time fly.

Can I add more days to the tour?

Yes, we can extend it to 4 or 5 days by adding the Todra Gorges at a leisurely pace, Tinerhir, the Fint oasis or ending in Fez instead of returning to Marrakech. Ask us for your options via WhatsApp.

Is the night in the Berber tent comfortable?

The tents in our camps come with comfortable mattresses, sheets and blankets, plus private or shared bathrooms depending on the category chosen. We offer standard, superior and luxury camps (with glamping-style tents).

What is the best time of year for the desert tour?

The best time is October to April, when temperatures are pleasant (15–25°C in the desert during the day). July and August can be very hot (40°C+) although the sunrise remains spectacular. We only avoid the desert in the event of sandstorms.
